Looks great and disguises the off-center junction box

Worked great for an off-center light in my dining room. The original junction box was not centered in the room, and I didn’t want a swag chain light nor did I want to pay an electrician to move the junction box, so this fixture was a good compromise. I swapped the included bulbs for warm ones, which look so much better.

QUICK and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased this sputnik chandelier late last year; however, we moved and didn't attempt to install it until just recently. To our surprise, the chandelier box was missing 2 globe shades.....UH OH.....too much time has passed for a return. I took a chance and reached out to KCO Product Support and Michelle C. responded very quickly. When I explained that 2 shades were missing from the box and sent her pics of what we received, she responded that they would ship out the shades to us right away. I was so impressed with the ease of the solution. We received the 2 shades, that were extremely well packed, and have since been installed. As for the chandelier, we think it looks great!!!
